SUDOK-YOU is a browser and installable (PWA) Sudoku app. You can play as a guest with data on your device, or optionally sign in to sync saved games and progress. There is no advertising and no analytics tracker.

Who is responsible

The service is operated by the owner identified below. For any privacy question, write to support@sudok-you.com.

Data used to run the app

The app needs your language choice, your gameplay preferences, your current board state, your saved games and simple local counters (games started, games completed, hints used, daily streak). This information is used only to let you keep playing and to show your own progress.

Device storage and offline cache

Guest information is written to your browser's local storage on this device. If you choose to sign in, your email or provider identifier, public saved-game state, notes and progress events are stored in our EU-hosted cloud database to sync your devices. A service worker also caches the app's own files so the app shell can open after you have already opened it online once. Sudoku solutions are not stored in local or cloud player data.

Support email

If you write to support@sudok-you.com, we receive the content of your message and your email address so we can reply. Those messages are handled in the mailbox outside the app; please do not include sensitive personal data.

Clearing your data

Clearing browser or app data removes local guest data, including saved games and progress. If you signed in, it does not delete your synced account data; contact support@sudok-you.com to request deletion or exercise your privacy rights.

Optional account, no ads or analytics tracking

Sign-in is optional. It uses an EU-hosted managed authentication and database service only to provide your account and device sync. There is no payment, advertising network, analytics SDK or marketing tracker. No non-essential tracking is used, so no cookie-consent banner is shown; this policy will be reassessed before any future analytics or advertising integration.

Exercising your rights

Guest data stays on your device. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests relating to an optional account or the support mailbox, contact support@sudok-you.com.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, this page is updated and the date above changes with it.
